As exercise has evolved and customer needs changed, Shapemaster needed to realign their positioning within the market, ensuring they capitalised and continued to generate new opportunities within the health and care sectors. As a result of this realignment, Shapemasters new brand would mark the next stage in the companies evolution and its ambitious growth plans as it strengthens its focus on the active ageing market. This sector is traditionally under-served by the health and fitness industry.
Firstly a brand workshop was organised to bring together the ideas and thoughts of the stakeholders. These workshops provided the inspiration for the core purpose, messaging, name and strapline for the new brand. In order that we don’t loose brand recognition, the purple and grey were kept from the old Shapemaster brand and in addition a new logo, font and graphical elements were created to support the new strap line, ‘Together in Motion’.
Working ‘Together in Motion’ with the end user, the machines will improve quality of life and promote ‘healthy ageing’ amongst older adults and those with limited mobility. ‘Movement waves’ were created to highlight the interaction of the users with the equipment, creating a unique and compelling visual style which is flexible in their usage weaving in and out of words, images of the equipment and photographs of the end users.

Innerva introduced the Active Wellbeing app to assist users in monitoring, managing, and enhancing their health and wellbeing while using Innerva equipment.
Following feedback from Innerva users, we determined the app should include the following features:
User Data: Allows users to track daily metrics such as steps taken, calories burned, and heart rate.
Knowledge Base: A comprehensive educational hub offering videos and advice on fitness, nutrition, mental health, and other wellness topics.
Goal Setting: Enables users to set health-related goals, like increasing daily steps or exercising more frequently, with progress tracking and motivational reminders.
Personalized Insights: Provides data-driven analysis for tailored feedback and personalized recommendations.
